Founded in 2010, The Hummingfish Foundation (THF) is a Hong Kong based non-profit charity organization, also a registered environmental protection charity in Timor-Leste. Our mission is to protect the earth’s unspoiled natural environment through projects that promote Harmony between Nature , People and Business, as a result, to “Add Value to Nature“. Maubere Mountain Coffee (MMC) is a key project of THF, which comes from LACLUBAR, a remote area high in the mountains of Timor-Leste where coffee trees grow wild.
The Hummingfish Foundation (THF) 是香港創辦的非牟利機構，於2010年成立，亦是東帝汶的註冊環保慈善組織。THF致力保護未被破壞的自然環境，透過締造 地球 – 人-商業相互兼容的項目，為「大自然增值」。來自東帝汶深山高地LACLUBAR的野生咖啡豆Maubere Mountain Coffee (MMC)是THF的重點項目。

Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired is the only school for the visually impaired in Hong Kong. Date back to 1897, we have over 120 years of history. Our social enterprise, the Cedar Workshop, is managed by people with visual impairment. These cookies in the gift sets were prepared by Cedar Workshop’s visually impaired staff and volunteers. We wish to share our warmest season’s greetings and lots of love through these lovelycookies.
